Terms of Service

1. Service scope

BrandOS provides tooling for content planning, generation support, workflow review, scheduling, publishing, and analytics visibility for approved organizations and their operators. Availability of specific features depends on connected systems, permissions, and service configuration.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must have authority to use the service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity performed through your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep workspace contacts and permissions reasonably current.

3. Customer content and publishing responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, approve, schedule, or publish through BrandOS. That includes compliance with intellectual property rules, advertising rules, platform policies, local law, and any permissions or disclosures required for the content you distribute.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Bypass platform restrictions, impersonate others, or interfere with accounts you are not authorized to control.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except as permitted by law or our written approval.
• Use the service in a way that creates material security, legal, or operational risk for others.

5. Third-party platforms

BrandOS relies on third-party services and social platforms. Their availability, APIs, policies, content moderation decisions, and account restrictions are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, removals, or policy actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the BrandOS service, website, and related materials. You retain rights in your own content and inputs, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service on your behalf.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security issue, a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement to do so, or a material risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate written commitments.

8. Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RebrandOS disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
